Brook House have their own in-house catering team, headed up by Mark and Pippa Joughin.
Mark and Pippa managed the popular Woolston Masonic Centre successfully for 11 years. They are very experienced and provide a professional service for any event.
Mark has worked in the five star Grand Harbour hotel for 9 years and the Hilton National Southampton for 5 years. With Pippa having trained as a chef in London for 4 years, they both have a lot of experience and look forward to catering for any occasion.
